Drumcondra is very convenient to the airport, being directly on the bus route, while it is still close enough to the city centre. The rents are quite reasonable in this area too, and it is near the botanic gardens which is lovely, especially with a child. You wouldn't need a car at all living here, as it is a really good bus route, with many buses going through into the city centre as well as to the airport.

I am currently in limbo at my job. I have been at my company for 5 years. I have received outstanding grades on my all of my performance reviews from my manager. About 1 month ago I accepted a position in a different department but learned within the first few days the job was not what I expected and was not a fit for me. I consulted with Human Resources to let them know about the situation and that I wanted to return. I then asked my former manager if I could return to my since the position had not been filled and I was still helping him out anyway. He said yes. I kept in touch with my former manager to let him know what was going on. A few more days after that my former manager stopped returning my calls and for 2 weeks now HR has told me they would have an update for me but never give me that update. I never formally resigned (nothing written) from the new job and I gather my former manager must have changed his mind. I realize this is not looking good, I'm still on the payroll but running out of leave. Are there any HR employees out there or anyone familiar with their general practices? I created a sprite Pivot animation, now when I try to open it, it says, " invalid point operation"?

When i do an animation i put a sprite in it and save it, but next time i open it, it say invalid point operation. I see that the file extension is .piv. It is loading all animations that don't have a sprite. I save my sprites as 24 bitmap, but as a Jpeg,it wont count as a sprite. Same thing with the other options.

HELP! 6 months old wouldn't finish her bottle since a month ago!?

well i dont think colic is whats goin on. both my kids had colic and by 6 months there were no signs of it. i would think as the baby goes from bottles to solids shes gonna eat alot more and drink less formula. either she doesnt like the bottle or shes full from eating solids. with my kids by eight months they were off formula and only eating meals. the were still on the bottle but i gave them juices i also had to ween them off the bottle of formula when they were goin to solids. i think your on the right track. if shes eating solids you have to stick to it now and when my daughter was walking she was goin through 3 jars a day a jar a meal. and she would have two bottles one of juice usually and for a short time she still drank formula. i dont know if that made sense but ur doin a good job good luck

Please help me pick kitchen Aid stand mixer Color!!?

ok so i'm having a horrible time deciding on what color i should get for a kitchen aid stand mixer.. i live in a duplex so this will not be the place i spend my whole life in hehe i'm in my late 20's.. and my kitchen has white cabinets white fridge and the countertops are like a dark blueish green with dark navy or black specks it's soo hard to tell.. they are kind of weird haha... and on the walls they are an almond type white color and the lower half of the walls are a country cottage greenish color but i know if i ever moved i would not keep that green color scheme and i plan on having my mixer for a very long time.. not sure if i want to go with the stainless steel colored ones i feel i may get bored with them but I do like warm colors and homey colors and do like the cottagey feel of a kitchen.. like i love the white cabinets that i have and i like a light airy feel.. I want something that would look good now in my kitchen but if i moved i want it to be neutral enough where i don't have to get a different color scheme.. i was wondering what the almond color would look like but i don't know if it will blend too much with the white cabinets and almond walls.. thanks for listening to me rant and if you have any suggestions thanks so much!!

My boyfriend cried yesterday?

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I were making out on my bed and were getting pretty into it, then all of a sudden he slowed down and started to cry, which I've never seen him do. I asked him what the matter was, and he just said he was "stressed by his grades in school". I didn't believe that at all (he is super smart), and later he said that he was overwhelmed by all the and things like that. How can I help my cats get along?

I adopted a 6 year old Bengal l cat about two weeks ago. The Humane Society said she gets along well with other cats and dogs. When I brought her home we separated her from my other cats for about 10 days- to help with the adjustment period. I spent time with her while they were separated to help make her feel safe and to get to know her. She is really a sweetheart with me and very affectionate. When we let her out she acted like she owned the place and growled at my other cats and ran through the house chasing them all night. Their fighting woke me up 3 times during the night. My other cats are really scared of her. I can't keep her if my other cats are going to live in fear! How long will it take for my new kitty to adjust to my home and be nice to my other cats? What can I do to make the adjustment easier on everyone?

I have been taking 3 to 10..10/325 norco a day for the past 2 months..will I have heart or liver problems?

I just want to know if taking this amount of hydrocodone will affect my health long term? I don't show any signs of liver toxicity, but I am really worried that it will cause me to have a heart attack later in life. We had a family friend die of a heart attack from years of drinking and pain medication abuse. I have taken pain meds on and off for the past two years, but recently I have developed an addiction to norco 10/325. I take anywhere from 4 to 12 pills a day and I am worried I will have heart complications later in life. On a side note I have decided that I am going to stop doing this for a number of reasons and today is my first day going sober. I know the next couple of days are going to be filled with withdrawal symptoms, should I take a half of a pill to alleviate that or just go cold turkey? You are the exception to the rule. Kids need to be educated for their own safety. They need to know about and how to protect themselves. WE do not tell them to go and have but they still need to be educated about it. Usually you have these talks when things happen to other people, when they hear things in school and ask questions about it, when one of their friends are molested, there are various reasons that is discussed. It does also tend to come up when they have questions about their bodies. 10 might seem young to you and you might have gotten some rude answers because you think it is wrong because you don't agree. How can you still be in love after decades?

Those goo-goo gaga love hormones do tend to dissipate after the first couple of years. But they're not gone forever. The relationship evolves into mutual trust, respect, kindness, understanding, all that good stuff. The first couple of years, I'd look at him and want to tear his clothes off every time, I thought he was just this magical prince. Several years later, the pion and infatuation is lessened a bit, when I look at him I just think "How'd I get so lucky?" because he's still funny, y, smart, all those qualities I fell in love with in the first place, plus we have this shared history and life we're building together.

I make musical instruments. They have faceplates. I've had an unfortunate development, I have lost most of my artwork files. I sent letter to my facpllate company asking them to send me my original pdf's. They did and I can see them in Acrobat, but they've pword protected them so I can't 'get' to the files, which makes them useless to me. This is my art. If nothing else, my company logo is on them. I paid a $30 processing fee for them to generate the files they are now holding as their own. I don't have copyrights taken out on these, but I know that only effects the amount of punitive which could be rewarded, that copyright is automatic. I believe this is willful infringement. Anybody? I've been feeling suicidal many times in my life and it's sparked off again today and I just feel like it's time to end it. I had a bad day at this work experience thing, then because i said about "a tramp yelled at me in the shop (i'm working at for a week)" people on Facebook started yelling at me. How to tell if a cut on finger is infected?

Finger got cut, 2 small slashes. There are 2 flaps - the top layer of the cut skin that I left on, hoping it would seal up quicker. Now, 5 days later, it looks like a black spot and slightly dirty under each. Is it just a scab and the skin is healing, or should I cut the 2 flaps off and disinfect, start from scratch, etc?

I don't really think all of that is necessarily true. I work in the chemical dependency field (and as a counselor I see patients with all kinds of issues: addiction, DV, trauma, abuse, legal issues, family issues, employment issues, etc.)- and there is a percentage of gay patients I deal with that seem to be basically statistically representative of what you might find in the general population... maybe slightly more are in drug/alcohol treatment. Should my daughter be saying sentences yet?

She will be 2 in may and she understands just about everything and shee says a lot of words and repeats them but she can't say sentences yet. What type of electric guitar amp to get?

oh, middle school sucks. People are too immature to understand that none of that matters and it is much easier to just get along. Have you played the wii game enough with rental pokemon to be able to transfer pokemon from your ds game? I remember i had trouble with that too. Also if you are using a r4 or cyclods or something similar then it will not work. You have to have a legit copy of the ds game to do it.

It could be any number of things, or a combination of things. I find my daughter gets crabby/throws fits when she's tired or hungry more than at any other time. She also may be testing her limits again, just to make sure that the boundaries haven't changed. Finally, she may be getting frustrated because she can't communicate what it is she wants effectively, so she throws a fit. My son is that way right now. He gets frustrated when things don't go the way he wants them to, but doesn't have all the words to communicate what he needs, so he throws a fit. Something that helps with that is to ask him "Can you show Mommy what you want?" And yes, I also ignore the tantrums sometimes, but if we're out in public and either child throws a fit, we are done doing whatever we were doing and I take them home. I will not reward that behavior.

I've always wanted to join the U.S military. Which branch is best suited for me?

Ok, I've always wanted to join the military. Honestly, I've always wanted to be an officer. I'm 21 years old and I'm still living with my parents, I have no job and honestly life couldn't get much worse in my opinion. I feel bad because I feel like I've accomplished nothing in my life. I have a year and a half of college under my belt but I just can't go back due to financial reasons. I think now is a good time to do what i wanted to do in the first place and join the military. I want to do something with my life where people can be proud and I won't be treated like a kid anymore by my family. I think there is no better way to do that than serve my country. The problem is I'm not sure which branch is best suited for me. I want to join the branch where I can have educational opportunities to finish my degree and possibly become an officer over time. I like to travel. I really would like to be an aviator but I know you have to be an officer to do that. (so maybe overtime). I'm also interested in some sort of special ops..possibly swcc,seals, rangers etc..The big thing is I do want to serve my country but I also want to have a sense of pride and to make others finally proud instead of feeling like some sort of failure. I plan on talking to a recruiter from every branch within the next week.

I pulled an all-nighter and my eyes and head are really tired, how do I WAKE UP!?

Well I have a major test that I was studying for all night and I didn't sleep ( I know its bad, I don't ever do this). Anyways just got out of the shower, and that didn't help. My body is awake and good, but my eyes are heavy and foggy. I have contacts too, but solution is not helping. I drank coffee and that is not helping either. How do wake my eyes up and be alert? 12 months old won't drink from a cup?

I have a really big issue with my daughter's drinking. From the beginning, she wasn't feeding very well. She refused the bottle flat so I had to give her milk somehow. I introduced medicine dropper, which was a big mistake, and she loved it. Of course, all she had to do is swallow. I tried many times to get her to drink from cups, sippy cups, bottles, but she would rather starve and get her way. Now I am forcing her to drink from medicine cup, because this is the only way I can get her to drink anything. And even so, she just opens her mouth and waits on me to pour milk in. I am tired of this and dread feedings, every time she spills half of the milk, fusses and we both get upset. I feel I am not doing her a favor, but she doesn't show any inclination to be independent (she just started taking finger foods this late). I don't want to give in this time. I don't care whether she drinks from sippy or regular cup, but how to teach her to take it and start drinking on her own?

How does this diet sound? i dont think i eat enough calories?

ok so... I have a small bowl of musli for breakfast then a tuna and cuber sandwich/plain bread for luch then a fruit yoghurt for a mi-afternoon snack/banana or other fruit then something for tea ( I cant control that because my mom cooks it). for exercise, i sometimes run but i get out of breath really easily so it isnt particurlaly useful. there are no clubs around but i walk my friends dog most days through fields and run a little with him. I counted my calorie intake and it seemed i didnt get enough. Is this a bad thing for losing weight? I'm sorry i'm ill educated on the topic :) also can you think of any other exercises i can do for free in my own home or surrounding areas? (i like somwhere quite open) i am aiming to lose around 3-4 stone/ 3 dress sizes so is this a good diet or not? I'm too young to get into the gym (15) so what else could i do. I'm not big on exercise but i used to and am more than willing to get back into it. any sugestions? and how long do you think it will take to lose the weight at this rate? thank. ps. sorry for my bad spelling i was tired when i wrote this lol.
