What is the best cartridge for me.?

80% of the time i would use it for Deer. But the other 20% i would use for Bear or Elk or something like that. I dont want to be under gunned. And recoil is not a huge factor. And price is not a huge issue because would only shoot it to sight in and hunt with. I was thinking like a 300 win mag or 338 win mag or maybe 7 mm mag and 30-06 or something like thatt what would you recommend
