Tongue piercing aftercare?

Hey i have some questions about piercing aftercare i got my tongue pierced about 8-9 hours ago my piercer told me not to **** around with with my tongue bar to much with my fingers and he said get uhm listerine and just gargle it a few times a day and not get cheap **** cause it burns your mouth so i just got listerine still burns like **** so i dont want to know how it will feel with cheaps stuff so how long will i expect to have a swollen tongue and a sore tongue the piercer said 2 weeks till i can change bars so i just need some aftercare tips and such thnx
