Pap smear cell abnormality and positive for HPV, I am very scared!?

I just got a call today telling me that my pap I had done on jan. 13th came back with abnormal cells and positive for HPV. I was in too much shock and worry that I didn't even ask questions and now I wish i had. I am going in on friday the 28th for a "coloscopy". I am pretty freaked out because I don't know what to expect or if I should be as scared as I am. Not only am I scared I'm just tired of one thing after another, because right away i found out I have an ovarian cyst the size of a golf ball. It's very upsetting and stressful getting all of this at once. So if anyone has any advice to calm my nerves about the whole HPV, abnormal cells and the coloscopy and what will happen next I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
