Can I get my motorcycle license early?

Ok so thing is my dads dead, mom disowned me, staying with aunt, she goes to work at 3 am and gets home at noon, I have a ninja 250 and I can only have a 150 cc engine, aunt lives in middle of nowhere, no busses come out here from my school and my school is a school that I worked hard since 5th grade to get into and I can't leave. I am 15 and have no way to get to school, I need a way to get my license or I'll be forced to drop out, which will mean I'll stop getting my social security check from my dads death, been a rough year and my state doesn't offer a hardship license to minors, I need some way to get my motor cycle license, i ned to be 16 to get it, at 14/15 you get "motor driven cycle licence" and I can Only have a 150 cc engine with it, so I must find a special case to get my license so I don't have to drop out, I have no family and no way to school, I need help!!!
