♥ReLaTiOnShIp QuEsTiOn!!! plz help....i kno its a lil long, but PLEASE?

well its a long story that im gonna try to make short. i met this guy(Vic) about 4 or 5 years ago. i was already in a relationship so i never kept in touch with him. sometime after me and my bf broke up i ran into him. he came over to visit for a lil while, we jus talked, he told me he was going through some problems wit his gurl. then, i ended up movin and we didnt see eachother again til about 1 1/2 years later. well he's now in a different relationship and im in one. mine is gonna be 3 yrs and his has been about a year. we both dont feel completely happy in our relationships, but we have a lot to lose. i have 3 kids and he has 3. we talk/text everyday, he tells me that he really wants to be with me and so much more. ive been through a lot in my life so i purdy much understand guys, but this is so much different. i feel happy, but also a lil clueless. he's very good lookin, not a party-freak, laid back...but it seems too good to be true. i dunno what to do.! plz gimme advice!
