How often do you really - truthfully - wash your hands?

Well Helen, I live abroad now, but last year my mum was in hospital in the UK. When I visited her, I went to the toilet. It was very busy. You don't often see queues in the gents. However, most of the men walked out without washing their hands which I found incredible, but also deplorable, more especially in a hospital.
