How can I help my cats get along?

I adopted a 6 year old Bengal l cat about two weeks ago. The Humane Society said she gets along well with other cats and dogs. When I brought her home we separated her from my other cats for about 10 days- to help with the adjustment period. I spent time with her while they were separated to help make her feel safe and to get to know her. She is really a sweetheart with me and very affectionate. When we let her out she acted like she owned the place and growled at my other cats and ran through the house chasing them all night. Their fighting woke me up 3 times during the night. My other cats are really scared of her. I can't keep her if my other cats are going to live in fear! How long will it take for my new kitty to adjust to my home and be nice to my other cats? What can I do to make the adjustment easier on everyone?
