Does this guy like me? Do his friends know I like him?

Well whatevers going on his friends and he knows you like him. The only other interpretation is that they were shouting his name and your name to tease HIM, which would mean that they know HE likes YOU. He seems to be teasing you a bit and finding nearly any excuse to talk to you so he probably does like you :)
