Breech??? or he is moving???

Well at 28 weeks I had an ultrasound (3D) and my baby was still breech. Now I am 30 weeks (he still has time to change positions) but yesterday my lower part and, pubic pone and had been felling lost pf pressure (I could not even walk at times) and today I fell may baby move on the upper side pf my belly not on the left down side how it used to feel.... You think he is turning?????
