Wat r retroactive dues & charges? I just got health insurance from kaiser?
I just got health insurance from kaiser in California for $120 a month and for the first month I got charged an extra $65 for RETROACTIVE DUES and Charges other than the $120. can anyone tell me what this charge is and is it a monthly charge? Thanks..jason
