My boyfriend and I have birthmarks on the same spot. Mean anything special?

So my boyfriend and I have birthmarks on the same spot. {In area only visible to one or the other when we get up close in personal ;) } and i was wondering if there are any legends or saying or whatever about this. Like if there is any special meaning to having the same birthmarks.
