Grease auditions...help?

there's this community theater group doing grease this summer. auditions are at the end of may, so i want to get as much practice in as possible. i'm 15, and the oldest people will be 18 (the older you are the better parts you get is what i've noticed in the past) so what part should i go for? i love frenchy, but then i realized it's kinda a big role...oy vey. i'm mezzzzzzzzzzo and would love love love some ideas on parts to try out for (and maybe even some songs if you feel super generous). thanks yalllll.
