Yahoo Messenger Delay in Audibles/Video?

I am having same problem. I reinstalled Java, reinstalled Yahoo Messenger 11, updated everything else and still my audibles barely work. I have done three sessions with Yahoo chat and no help. I get sound after a LONG delay and no movement. Before if I touched an audible I would hear what it was going to say, but not now.
