Am I Wrong for bein proper and well-mannered?

I grew up in the "hood" but we moved when I was a young age. So Im not ghetto. I'm a very proper girl and so are my brothers and sisters. My grandma always says we act "white" and that we don't act like we're supposed to. I just can't be ghetto. And I hate when people say I'm ghetto just because I don't take any crap from anybody and I speak my mind regardless of what people think. But am I wrong for not being the stereotypical African American female?
