Will a DUI discredit me from getting a non-profit job?

I am in the process of getting a background check. One of the requirements for the job is good, clean driving record. I had a DUI in 2006. I have had 3 speeding tickets. Since Dec. 2006, I have been perfect. Other than that, my background is good. Do you think I still have a shot?
