Pokemon SS/HG (How do I get a Snorlax egg?)?

I only have a male Snorlax, so I was wondering how I can start hatching eggs to get one with a Sy nature? I'm hoping I can do it somehow with a ditto or something, is that possible? If so, does the Ditto have to be female?
